Happy Christmas and New Year for kids in Zimbabwe
There are over 600 children that attend our 17 churches around the nation. At Christmastime many more come out too!!! We also would love to help the many widows and poor in our churches this Season! We are planning to have our teams do these celebrations from Christmas into the New Year as they are able to travel to different sites.
We would like to have a chicken and rice meal (which they rarely or never get) except for last year (prayerfully this year) at our celebrations! Also we would like to give them some smallpresents! Then bless them and their family with 1-5KGs of mealie meal (staple food) and maze (corn) seeds for our pastors and leaders to plant for their family and to help feed them in the future.
We had awesome outreaches last year...and we want to bless our Zim family this year too.
Our goal is to get at least $1,500.00 (USD) to bless those GOD has blessed us to serve in Zimbabwe!!!
Chicken and Rice meals for Kids and church people we can feed 100 people for $50.00 (adults and kids)
$5.00 will buy a 5kg bag of mealie meal
$20 will buy a 10kg bag of maze seeds which will but enough seeds to plant 3 acres of crops we will use these crops to feed the children in the future and families

Generation Won Ministries first trip into Zimbabwe came in February 2008. Later that year we were asked to begin Iris Zimbabwe officially by Heidi Baker, as we were friends in ministry prior to that. Now the official name here is Generation Won/Iris Zimbabwe. Since then we have made several trips and finally moved in January 2010. We currently have 17 churches ministering mostly to the poor especially children/orphans (2009 BBC Zimbabwe is the most orphaned nation on the planet)of our own going since Easter Sunday 2010. Also a HOLY SPIRIT Encounter/ House of Prayer movement w/ other ministries heavily involved. In the process of building our first structures and starting 5 free schools/soup kitchens in partnerships with others.
CORE VALUES; We believe that God wants to have a deep relationship with each and every person. We believe that His Son Jesus Christ came to reconcile all mankind to God the Father. We believe each person has a great and unthinkable destiny that can only be realized in a relationship with Jesus Christ when we realize we are truly sons and daughters of HIS "The apple of HIS Eyes!" We have a calling to live Isaiah 58 Lives, as well as Isaiah 55:5, and 22:22. We are called to the 100,000,000 homeless children on the planet!! Something we are trying to learn and write about is the It's better to Love than to be Right!"
