Development Well Drilling

The well, and the machine that drilled it

Well Drilling

Many villages across the world do not have a clean water supply, and people are sick and dying as a result. In response, we became more holistic in our approach to missions; we had no choice. When people are thirsty and starving, the holiest thing we can do is offer a cold drink of water.

After many technical and government delays, our well-drilling program is moving ahead rapidly making a tremendous difference in the quality of life of many villages. We are one of the few organizations that has the equipment and government permission to drill wells throughout Mozambique. Coinciding with well-drilling, we are planting churches and providing both living water and clean water. Our team-members live among the villagers in the bush and offer living water, Jesus Himself. "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst" (Jn. 4:13-14).

It costs approximately $6,000 to drill a well. Click here to support this project.
