Footprints- P.L.A.Y. (An acronym for;Participating in the Lives of African Youth) provides children of different ages and races with a place of safety that they can call home. The purpose is to allow them to experience the love, care and security of family life, while at the same time being educated and taught various life skills. Many of the children have been abandoned, abused and orphaned; the sad background stories and circumstances is something the base staff never get used to, but they get to see how God's love restores the brokenhearted. Footprints also assists and helps maintain a two centers which provides a safe haven and food for children in the community.One center feeds 280 orphans daily and the other about 83 children.
